Appointments

Our Appointment times are as follows:

The best time to call is between 9am and 1pm on Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays and Fridays when our receptionist will be happy to assist you.

Our clinic is very popular, and I would strongly advise giving plenty of notice when booking an appointment, especially if you require a certain date or time.

If this is your first visit to the clinic, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your allotted appointment, this then enables you to complete our new patient form which is about you, your medical history, current medication and complaint that brings you to the clinic toady.

My clinic is very popular, and I would strongly advise giving plenty of notice when booking an appointment,
especially if you require a certain date or time.

If this is your first visit to the clinic, you should have received via email a confirmation of the appointment which has attached
to it “a new patient form” which is about you, your medical history, current medication and complaint that brings you to the clinic, please complete this form before coming to your appointment.

If you do not have email access, then please bring a please a copy of your recent prescription with you when you attend your appointment so we can complete this form in clinic.

When I’m treating clients, I’m unable to take phone calls so I have a reception service where you can book and amend
appointments, ask costs and availability.
However, if you need to speak with me directly, please let the ladies know this when you call and what it is regarding,
they will let me know you have called and I will phone you back at my earliest convenience.
