Verrucae

Verrucae are simply warts found on the feet and are caused by a highly infectious common virus.

They appear as small rough growths on the skin, often containing small black dots and are generally contracted by walking barefoot in wet communal areas, If you have a verruca it is important not to go barefoot spreading them to others.
They may resolve on their own but the longer you have had the verrucae and the more treatments you undergo attempting to clear it, the harder they are to eradicate and no one treatments can be 100% guaranteed. A successful outcome is increased if you commit to attend a course of treatment.
Treatments offered:
- Sharp debridement of verrucae
- Use of chemical caustic (chemical dependent of size and number)
- Needling
